(Dallas) - The Dallas office of Gray Reed & McGraw announces the arrival of two attorneys: Philip Jordan, who focuses on energy transactional work, and Skyler Stuckey, who focuses on commercial litigation.
Philip Jordan is a Board Certified Oil & Gas attorney, and he focuses on both upstream and midstream transactional matters. He served as the General Counsel for a successful independent exploration and production company, so he has comprehensive experience in the oil and gas industry. He has drafted and negotiated virtually every instrument that concerns the acquisition, divestiture, exploration, development, production, marketing, and transportation of crude oil and natural gas. Philip also has extensive experience with both debt and equity financing along with the formation and operation of oil and gas companies.
Skyler Stuckey handles a wide range of litigation for clients, including commercial and insurance matters. He has extensive private practice experience, where he handled commercial and insurance defense, including ERISA and bad faith claims. While Skyler works extensively for insurers, he also has experience working for cities and municipalities, banks and Fortune 500 companies, and he has worked on several class action matters on the plaintiff side.
“We are delighted to expand our services in the energy and commercial litigation spaces with the arrival of Philip and Skyler,” Gray Reed Dallas office managing partner Tom Rhodus said. “Their depth of knowledge and expertise will help us serve our clients even better.”
