Gray Reed & McGraw Welcomes Three New Attorneys

(Houston/Dallas) Three attorneys recently joined Gray Reed & McGraw, expanding the firm’s intellectual property and maritime practices.

Michael D. Ellis joined Gray Reed’s Houston office. A 2014 cum laude graduate of Baylor University School of Law, Ellis focuses on intellectual property matters, supplemented by several years of experience with a technical instrument company.

David Lisch also joins Houston’s intellectual property office. David has technical experience as an engineer in a variety of industries, including automotive, military, and aerospace, as well as experience in including patent prosecution and litigation, and trademarks. He is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His electrical engineering degree is from the University of Texas at Austin and he is also a proud graduate of the South Texas College of Law.

Brett W. Chalke is a recent addition to Gray Reed’s Houston maritime practice. He is experienced in all aspects of maritime, energy, commercial and mass toxic tort litigation. He is licensed to practice in Texas and Louisiana has experience throughout the Gulf Coast. He is a proud graduate of Tulane University and Tulane University’s School of Law.
