Gray Reed represented Lone Star Blower Inc., doing business as Lone Star Turbo (“Lone Star”), in its acquisition by Ingersoll Rand Inc. (NYSE: IR), a global provider of mission-critical flow creation and life science and industrial solutions.

Lone Star is a leading manufacturer of centrifugal, geared, gearless and multistage blowers and compressors, as well as control systems. The company has a strong presence in water and wastewater treatment and other industrial markets. Ingersoll Rand said the acquisition expands its Industrial Technologies and Services portfolio and enhances its ability to provide solutions, services and rental capabilities to customers.

M&A partner Michael Overstreet led Gray Reed’s team on the transaction, which included Savannah Warner, Pearson Wolk, Allie Moulton, Colin Cox, Austin Carlson, Max Van Benschoten, and Mona Deo.
