Gray Reed has expanded its Family Law Practice with the addition of Partner Angela Pence England and Counsel Jeryl A. Golub in Houston. Both join the firm from Tindall England, P.C., where they represented clients in a broad range of matrimonial and family law matters.

England and Golub advise clients on complex property disputes, divorce proceedings, child custody and possession matters and premarital and marital property agreements. They also help clients pursue alternatives to litigation, including mediation and collaborative law.

The move provides England and Golub with access to Gray Reed’s full-service platform and additional resources to support clients whose family law matters involve complex financial, business, tax, trust and estate issues.

England has practiced family law in Texas for more than 30 years and is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She represents clients in complex property and custody disputes and assists families through litigation, mediation and the collaborative law process. England is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a certified arbitrator. She is also a frequent author and presenter on family law topics and serves as a co-author of Sampson & Tindall’s Texas Family Code Annotated.

Golub has practiced family law in Texas since 1995. Her experience includes complex property disputes, child possession and access matters and premarital and marital property agreements. She previously served as chair of the Houston Bar Association Family Law Section and as a director of the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program, where she helped establish a family law clinic serving individuals with limited access to legal services.
