Ralph brings extensive government and litigation experience to Gray Reed. Before joining the firm, he served as a Senior Attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where he handled federal tax litigation and advised on complex tax controversy matters involving businesses and individual taxpayers. A former prosecutor, Ralph also has significant courtroom experience handling felony and white-collar cases. He advises businesses, executives and individuals facing government investigations, regulatory matters and tax-related disputes involving federal and state agencies.

Clarke counsels clients on probate, estate planning and trust administration matters throughout Texas. Before joining Gray Reed, he represented fiduciaries, beneficiaries and families in trust and estate-related litigation while also advising clients on estate and financial planning strategies. His litigation background provides valuable perspective in his current practice, which focuses on estate planning and uncontested probate and trust administration matters. Clarke remains active in the legal community through leadership and service roles with several Houston-area professional organizations.
