Kelly, who was recognized as the 7th top author in the construction category, contributes to and edits the firm's Texas Construction Law Blog. The publication serves contractors, developers and industry professionals with insights on legal issues affecting Texas construction projects, from contract disputes and risk management to liens, bond claims and regulatory updates.

His diverse client base spans commercial, infrastructure/heavy civil, industrial, manufacturing and land development.
