Gray Reed announces  Amy Sladczyk Hancock, JD as its Chief Legal Talent Officer. In her role, Hancock will oversee the firm’s recruiting efforts, which includes the strategic identification and hiring of lateral attorneys, recruiting on law school campuses, and developing and administering successful summer associate programs. Working strategically with firm leadership, she will also be responsible for the development and retention of Gray Reed’s attorneys.

"Bringing on Amy as our Chief Legal Talent Officer is a game-changer for our firm,” Gray Reed Managing Partner Kyle Sanders says. “Her wealth of experience and expertise in legal talent management will help us elevate our recruiting efforts and ensure that we continue to attract and retain the best attorneys and legal professionals in the industry. We're excited to have her on board and look forward to the positive impact she will make on our firm and clients."

With more than 20 years of experience at AmLaw 100 law firms, Hancock’s career has focused on recruiting and maximizing the development and value of the talent capital of her firm’s attorneys and has spanned all areas of an attorney’s career progression and lifecycle.

"I am thrilled to join Gray Reed and lead the firm's legal talent efforts,” Hancock says. “My passion for developing and retaining exceptional legal professionals aligns perfectly with the firm's commitment to excellence.
