Gray Reed Named a 2022 Best Place to Work in Houston

Gray Reed is proud to be recognized, once again, as one of the “Best Places to Work in 2022” by the Houston Business Journal, ranking 14th in the large company category. Gray Reed's Houston office has been ranked as a Best Place to Work for the last seven years, an honor the firm feels is reflective of its commitment to culture.

"Once again, this past year required flexibility from our Houston attorneys and staff as we went through an extensive office remodel that required us to temporarily move into a swing space during construction," Managing Partner Cary Gray says. "We have now fully moved back in and I believe our new space is providing an environment that enhances the culture we've worked hard to build and preserve since 1985. Our attorneys and staff look forward to coming to the office every day because our culture and new space make it easier than ever to collaborate, have fun and strengthen friendships. When our attorneys and staff enjoy what they do, where they work and who they work with, that benefits our clients and enhances the prospects for the overall, long term success of the firm."

The Best Places to Work Lists are compiled by independent research firm Quantum Workplace, which sent a survey to employees of hundreds of nominated companies in each city. Quantum then compiled scores based on worker retention and attraction strategies, corporate culture, amenities and benefits.
