Gray Reed Attorney Named Chair of the American Health Law Association’s Physician Organizations Practice Group

Gray Reed Of Counsel Pat Souter was appointed Chair for the American Health Law Association (AHLA)’s Physician Organizations Practice Group for the 2022 – 2024 term, effective July 1, 2022.

“The knowledge and relationships I’ve gained through my involvement in AHLA over the last nine years has been invaluable,” Souter says. “I look forward to serving as Chair of the Physician Organization Practice Group, working with its fantastic members and giving back to the organization that has given so much to me throughout my career.”

At Gray Reed, Souter’s primary areas of practice are related to transactional and administrative healthcare, corporate, securities and antitrust matters.
