Gray Reed Real Estate Partner Lindsey Postula was selected by Connect Media for its 2021 Women in Real Estate Awards, an annual program that highlights women with achievements and inspirational stories who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others in commercial real estate.
From hundreds of submissions, Postula was one of 10 women recognized in the Texas region. Connect Media highlighted three characteristics:

- She has authored lease legal articles in the commercial real estate trade publications and lectured in CLE classes for continued legal trade certifications.
- Colleagues say she raises everyone’s levels of performance.

With unique experience working in Gray Reed’s Dallas and Houston offices, Postula represents clients across Texas in the acquisition, development and management of a broad range of commercial properties. In addition to ongoing representation of landlords, developers and major corporate clients, she handles all real estate aspects of asset and equity purchases, sale leasebacks and complex financing arrangements. Postula is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She has served four terms on the Real Estate Legislative Affairs Committee for the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas – a committee charged with monitoring and summarizing legislation to keep section members current on potential developments in real estate law.
