Gray Reed is proud to announce the establishment of the Gray Reed Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization to support charitable organizations in the communities where our attorneys and staff live and work.

Firm attorneys, employees, clients and friends of the firm fund the Foundation. Gray Reed attorneys and staff may have their individual charitable contributions matched through the Foundation’s employee matching program, or request a donation be made to a charity in recognition of their volunteer efforts. 

The Foundation is managed by the Board of the Foundation, which includes Gray Reed Managing Partner Cary Gray, Dallas Managing Partner Darrell Armer, Trusts & Estates Department Chair Glen Eichelberger, COO Mark Gargiulo and CMO Michael Blachly.
