Barajas a collaborative dealmaker and ongoing advisor to healthcare clients in a variety of transactional, operational and compliance matters. She has guided clients through numerous healthcare and strategic transactions, with a primary focus on complex acquisitions and sales on behalf of both sellers and buyers. Barajas represents a diverse group of healthcare clients throughout Texas and Oklahoma, including acute care hospitals, joint venture hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, dental practices, optometrists, long-term care facilities, ancillary providers, clinically integrated networks and many more. She earned her J.D. from University of Tulsa College of Law and is Board Certified in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. 

Lalangas brings an insider’s perspective to the firm’s healthcare and business services expertise. Having worked for health-related nonprofits and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, she not only understands the legal issues surrounding the healthcare industry, but also the policy and business concerns. Her clients include hospitals, surgery centers, physicians, dentists, home health and hospice agencies, pharmacies, medical device companies, laboratories and other ancillary service providers. Lalangas earned her J.D. and M.P.H. - Health Policy from St. Louis University. 

D Magazine's 2021 Best Lawyers Under 40 list is determined through a peer‐review voting process, with ballots submitted by thousands of area lawyers. The final list was compiled by an independent panel of distinguished attorneys working in conjunction with the magazine's editors, according to the publication.
