Barajas a collaborative dealmaker and ongoing advisor to healthcare clients in a variety of transactional, operational and compliance matters. She has guided clients through numerous healthcare and strategic transactions, with a primary focus on complex acquisitions and sales on behalf of both sellers and buyers. Barajas represents a diverse group of healthcare clients throughout Texas and Oklahoma, including acute care hospitals, joint venture hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, dental practices, optometrists, long-term care facilities, ancillary providers, clinically integrated networks and many more. “There’s no doubt that 2020 was a challenging year and we wouldn’t be in the position we are today without, among other things, our remarkably talented lawyers,” Gray Reed Managing Partner Cary Gray says. “It is our pleasure to recognize Elise, Austin and Lydia, who have all made a considerable impact on our firm and their practice areas in not just 2020, but throughout their tenure at Gray Reed. We look forward to their continued contributions to our firm and our client’s businesses in the years to come.”
