Gray Reed & McGraw welcomed two new associates to the firm. Chance Decker will be an associate in the firm's Corporate Section in Houston and Ebony Rivon will be an associate in the firm's Corporate Litigation Section in Dallas.
Mr. Decker is a graduate of the University of Houston where he was an editor on the Houston Law Review. He concentrates his practice on corporate transactions and real estate.
Ms. Rivon is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center where she was a Dean's Grant recipient and on Barristers' Council, competing on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. She interned for the Honorable Carol Ann Dalton, Superior Court of D.C. Family Court. She concentrates her practice on general commercial and business litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts.
