LRM Welcomes New Hires

Gray Reed & Mcgraw welcomes Travis L. Booher, Robert Slater, and Patrick D. Souter

Gray Reed & McGraw welcomes attorneys Travis Booher and Patrick D. Souter in the Dallas office, and Robert Slater in the Houston office.  Travis has joined as a member in the Oil and Gas section, Patrick has joined as a member in the Healthcare section, and Robert will be working as an associate in the Corporate section.

Patrick D. Souter joins as a Member in the Health Care Section at Gray Reed & McGraw.  His primary areas of practice include Transactional and Administrative Healthcare, Corporate, Securities and Antitrust matters.  While primarily representing clients in the health care industry, Patrick also advises non-health care entities in a wide array of industries.  A native of Dallas, Texas, Patrick obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Juris Doctorate from Baylor University and is currently a candidate in the M.B.A. Program for Health Services Management at the University of Dallas.

Travis L. Booher is an associate and practices oil, gas and mineral law, business law and agricultural law, with an emphasis on oil & gas title examination and transactional work.  Travis has worked with companies to prepare drilling, supplemental, leasehold and division order title opinions, as well as advise and counsel energy clients on a variety of legal issues relating to leasing, drilling, production, acquisition and divestiture of energy related assets.

Upon graduation from law school, Robert Slater joined Gray Reed & McGraw's Corporate section as an associate. Robert Slater is a graduate of the University of Houston where he was an editor on the Houston Law Review.
