The M&A Advisor recognized Gray Reed in its 11th Annual International M&A Awards for the "Healthcare/Life Sciences Deal of the Year (Under $100 million)". Winners were selected by an independent judging panel of industry experts who evaluated nominations representing more than 200 individual companies across the world - a wide and varied group with deals valued at $10 million to tens of billions.
Gray Reed was recognized for its work with RadiaDyne and their acquisition into AngioDynamics. RadiaDyne is a medical device company specializing in radiation oncology and was an attractive target to AngioDynamics, a publicly-traded medical device company strategically expanding its product line through acquisitions.

The awards will be presented at a black-tie gala on June 5, 2019, at The New York Athletic Club in midtown Manhattan.
