Gray Reed Welcomes Four Attorneys

Gray Reed is pleased to expand its trusts & estates and banking & finance practices in the firm's Houston office. Partner Brian Cororve and Associate Emily Radke joined the trusts & estates department, while Partner Anna Virene and Associate Shanna Bayer joined the banking & finance practice group

Chair of the firm's estate planning practice group, Cororve has been assisting high net worth families for more than 20 years. During that time, he has been fortunate to work on a number of interesting matters, including family settlement agreements, trust modification actions and complex estate administrations. Cororve is a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law and is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Radke focuses her practice on all aspects of estate, gift and generation-skipping tax planning for individuals and families, as well as trust and estate administration and related matters. Her practice includes counseling clients on their estate planning objectives and preparing wills, trusts, incapacity planning documents, and estate and gift tax returns. Radke is a graduate of University of Iowa College of Law and is Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

With the addition of Cororve and Radke, the firm now has six Board Certified Estate Planning & Probate Law attorneys.

Chair of the banking & finance practice group, Virene represents regional and national financial institutions in a wide variety of secured and unsecured commercial lending transactions, including representation of agent banks and lenders in syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financing transactions, troubled debt workouts, restructurings and disposition of collateral. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law.

Bayer focuses her practice on commercial and real estate transactions, including acquisition financings, mezzanine financings, syndicated and non-syndicated transactions, secured and unsecured commercial transactions, real estate and construction financings, and loan workouts. She is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center.

These four attorneys bring the firm's attorney count to 140.
