Gray Reed Wins M&A Advisor “Deal of the Year” Award for Patriot Erectors Transaction
The M&A Advisor honored the majority capitalization of Patriot Erectors by Hillstar Capital and Ranch Creek Partners, a transaction on which Gray Reed advised, as the “M&A Deal of the Year ($25MM - $50MM)”. The announcement was made at the 17th Annual M&A Advisor Awards Gala on Nov. 6, 2018, in New York City.
The transaction was also one of five finalists in the “Industrials Deal of the Year ($10MM - $50MM)” category.
The Annual M&A Advisor Awards Gala honors the professionals whose activities set the standard for M&A transactions. In 2018, more than 230 nominees, representing more than 600 companies, became finalists for the awards. An independent judging committee of 29 top M&A industry experts determined the ultimate recipients of the awards which were revealed “Academy-Award style” at the gala.
