Gray Reed Named a Best Place to Work in Houston and Dallas

Gray Reed & McGraw was recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work in 2017” by the Houston Business Journal and the Dallas Business Journal.

The Houston office ranked 5th in the large company category, the highest ranking law firm in the category and one of only three law firms listed. The Dallas office ranked 24th in the medium company category, the overall highest ranking Texas-based law firm.

Gray Reed has been ranked in the Best Places to Work list for eight of the last nine years, an honor the firm feels is reflective of its commitment to workplace culture.

“At Gray Reed, we recognize that no job could get done, no transaction could be completed and no case could be won without a team of people,” Managing Partner Cary Gray says. “From the attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants and file clerks to the business develop team, copy room staff, IT department and office staff, everyone plays an integral part in our firm’s success. Because we recognize that, titles don’t impact the level of respect and value employees experience at Gray Reed.”

The Best Places to Work Lists are compiled by independent research firm Quantum Workplace, which sent a survey to employees of hundreds of nominated companies in each city. Quantum then compiled scores based on worker retention and attraction strategies, corporate culture, amenities and benefits.
