Four Gray Reed Attorneys Speak at Dallas Bar Association’s Annual Energy CLE Program
Partners Jason Brookner, Philip Jordan, Charlie Sartain and Associate Lydia Webb spoke at Energy Law: Review of Oil & Gas Law XXXII, which was held in Dallas, August 10-11, 2017.
On August 10, Brookner (bankruptcy), Jordan (energy) and Webb (bankruptcy) presented their paper titled This Land is Your Land, This Land is My Land - Farmout Agreements in Bankruptcy. Associate Ethan Wood (energy) was a co-author for the paper.
On August 11, Sartain (energy/litigation) presented his paper titled Lightning in a Wellbore: The Supreme Court Settles an Unsettled Question in Lightning Oil Co. v. Anadarko E&P Onshore, LLC. Jordan and Wood were co-authors.
Hosted by the Dallas Bar Association, Energy Law: Review of Oil & Gas Law XXXI is designed to provide a review of Texas oil and gas law, including a discussion of current events. The event is attended by energy attorneys from all regions of Texas and surrounding states.
