Gray Reed is pleased to welcome new associates Jason Brown and Kristen Kelly to the firm. Brown joins the firm’s Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy team in Dallas, while Kelly joins the commercial litigation team in Houston.

Brown focuses his practice on bankruptcy and financial restructuring law, and has experience representing creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcies and counseling lenders in insolvency and restructuring scenarios. He received his law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, and attended Louisiana State University – Shreveport for his undergraduate education.

Kelly focuses her commercial litigation practice on energy, construction, insurance and financial institution disputes. She has experience in state, federal and appellate courts. Kelly received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and attended Vanderbilt University for her undergraduate education.
