On Monday, April 21, the trial judge heard oral arguments about whether to grant the injunction to prevent the developer from beginning construction.  The parties filed additional letter briefs after the oral hearings.  In an interview with Brian Spitz from Big State Home Buyers, Daryl Bailey from Gray Reed & McGraw discusses issues and answers questions related to the Ashby High-Rise law suits and a River Oaks law suit that sought similar injunctive relief which was not granted.
