Gray Reed's New Hires Profiled
Texas Lawyer

For the third year in row, Texas' largest firms have brought on fewer first-year associates than they did the prior year. However Gray Reed and McGraw has been bucking this trend in its continued growth as shown in a recent Texas Lawyer article.

In the article, Jamie Ribman, Gray Reed's shareholder in charge of associate hiring for the Dallas office, was interviewed on his thoughts on this new incoming class of associates, and Gray Reed incoming associate Tara Flume was profiled on her law school experience and what she is experiencing in the transition into the workforce.

Tara Flume joined the Dallas office of Gray Reed & McGraw in August 2011 as an associate in the oil and gas section where her practice will focus on title examination. Prior to joining the team at Gray Reed, Tara held an internship with Hunt Oil Company's legal department. Tara graduated with honors from the SMU Dedman School of Law in 2011 and from Texas A&M University in 2008. While in law school, Tara was the Assistant Managing Editor for The International Lawyer and Law and Business Review of the Americas.
