Rees LeMay represents both individuals and corporate entities in high-stakes litigation. He frequently helps clients with fiduciary litigation matters, including partnership disputes; contested probate matters involving wills, trusts, and estates; and disputes involving closely-held corporations. Rees also has experience with complex insurance coverage disputes representing both insurers and insureds, as well as general commercial litigation matters across many industries.

Prior to joining Gray Reed, Rees attended Duke University School of Law, where he served as a lead editor for the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law and the Duke Law and Technology Review (DLTR). Rees also served as a judicial intern for Judge Reed O’Connor in the Northern District of Texas, where he learned how complex cases are assessed from the other side of the bench and effective ways to deliver oral and written arguments that resonate with judges. While at Yale, Rees played four years of varsity football as an offensive lineman and was a member of the 2017 Ivy League championship-winning team.
