London concentrates her practice on representing both individuals and corporations in high stakes litigation. She works heavily with Gray Reed’s bankruptcy team on bankruptcy adversary proceedings, as well as the firm’s government investigations & compliance practice representing regional hospitals and specialty clinics in defense of qui tam or government enforcement suits.

London has substantial experience with general commercial litigation matters, particularly defending lenders, real estate companies, and other business-to-consumer companies from consumer-protection claims falling under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and other state and federal consumer-protection statutes. In addition, she has experience bringing and defending class-action cases, representing federal receivers, and defending healthcare companies involved in litigation.

A magna cum laude graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law, London clerked for Judge Priest Johnson in the Eastern District of Texas before joining Gray Reed.  No matter the case, London works to build a thoughtful, proactive litigation strategy from the very beginning, and keeps clients informed and involved at every step. Her goal is to minimize surprises, ensure that client-representatives show off their company to the best of their ability in any litigation, hearing, and deposition, and prevent bet-the-company risks.
