Kyle W. Sanders

Kyle was unanimously elected as Gray Reed’s fourth managing partner in June 2022 having also served as a member of the firm’s board of directors since its formation in 2014 and a member of the firm’s executive committee since 2008.

Kyle’s practice is focused on complex property division and business reorganization in the marital property context.  He has successfully resolved hundreds of complex marital property cases involving emotionally-charged disputes and sophisticated property and business issues.  Regardless of the complexity of the case or the value of the property at stake, Kyle’s approach is always the same – identify the client’s goals, design a rational strategy unclouded by emotion, and work diligently every day to efficiently resolve the case under the client’s desired terms and time frame.

Kyle is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In 2018 and 2021, Kyle was recognized as the “Lawyer of the Year” for Family Law Mediation in Houston by The Best Lawyers in America and in 2020, Kyle was named “Lawyer of the Year” for Family Law in Houston.
