Amanda Voeller is a litigator and creative problem-solver focused on guiding clients through complex disputes before courts all over Texas. Her litigation experience covers a diverse range of industries and issues, including breach of contract claims, oil and gas litigation, partnership disputes, insurance controversies, and much more.

Before entering private practice, Amanda served as a law clerk for the Honorable Debra Lehrmann of the Supreme Court of Texas. This experience gave Amanda an inside look at the way judges evaluate a variety of complex substantive and procedural issues. She gained a strong understanding of how clear and concise legal arguments make the court’s job significantly easier, particularly when the court considers a decision’s practical, long-term implications. Amanda also previously clerked for Magistrate Judge Hal R. Ray, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, where she gained valuable writing experience.
