Tyler McGuire focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation before state and federal courts across Texas. He handles contractual disputes, energy-related litigation, commercial real estate disputes, and catastrophic personal injury matters. His clients range from mid-size businesses to publicly traded companies. A growing portion of his practice focuses on enforcing indemnity and insurance rights for clients in the construction and energy industry under master service agreements.

But when a dispute must be resolved in the courtroom, he has guided clients through numerous successful trial verdicts and summary judgment hearings.
