Ellie Natenberg focuses her practice on all aspects of family law, including divorce proceedings, property characterization, valuation and division, child support modifications, modifications of visitation and parental rights, enforcement of court orders, premarital and post-marital agreements, adoptions, and appeals. Ellie began her legal career practicing commercial litigation, which allows her to bring a unique perspective to the practice of family law.  She has successfully tried cases to verdict and obtained favorable awards in arbitration. Ellie is also fluent in Farsi.

Representative Experience

  • Obtained a favorable verdict on behalf of custodial parent seeking modification of geographic restriction to allow relocation overseas
  • Represented client in a multi-jurisdictional parentage action and assisted client in establishing parentage and favorable custody and child support
  • Represented middle-eastern clients in divorce and custody disputes, where cultural and religious issues were heavily implicated
  • Represented numerous clients in negotiating prenuptial agreements
  • Represented clients in adoption proceedings
  • Represented clients in divorce proceedings involving substantial and unique assets
  • First chaired a jury trial and obtained a defense verdict in contract dispute
