(Houston) – Gray Reed & McGraw warmly welcomes experienced corporate and tax attorney Christopher Morales to our Houston office. He joined the firm in early November.
He regularly advises clients on the tax-efficient structuring and execution of business mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures, with particular expertise in the formation and taxation of partnerships, limited liability companies and S corporations. He also advises clients on debt and equity offerings and represents clients in proceedings against the IRS.
Prior to attending law school, Christopher worked in the financial statement auditing group of a Big Four accounting firm. Christopher earned his B.S. and M.S. in Accountancy at the University of Oklahoma. He earned his J.D. at the University of Chicago Law School, with high honors, and was admitted to the Order of the Coif.
