Gray Reed & McGraw Named One of the Best Places to Work

DALLAS - Gray Reed & McGraw was honored as one of the "Best Places to Work for 2009" by the Dallas Business Journal.  With an overall score of 93.10 (out of 100) in a survey conducted by the Dallas Business Journal, Gray Reed & McGraw's score was the top score of all law firms with more than 15 attorneys.

"Our firm's great quality of life is a direct result of our employees' desire to pitch in and help one another," said Tom Rhodus, Gray Reed & McGraw's Dallas office managing director. "At Gray Reed & McGraw, we are all family and we treat each other with respect and honesty. Our positive and healthy organizational culture is one of our most enduring competitive advantages and something we try very hard to protect."

Founded in 1985, Gray Reed & McGraw is a Texas-based, full-service law firm with more than 90 lawyers practicing in Houston, Dallas and Tyler, and offers a wide range of legal services including business litigation, corporate transactions, family law, oil & gas, tax planning and litigation, real estate, healthcare, trusts and estates, employment law, and bankruptcy.

The Dallas Business Journal's "Best Places to Work" list is formulated by an anonymous employee survey. The 2009 rankings for each business category were announced at an awards ceremony on Sept. 17 and featured in a special publication in the Sept. 18, 2009 issue of the Dallas Business Journal.
