Mark Wigder Joins Gray Reed & McGraw

DALLAS - Gray Reed & McGraw has further expanded its Securities and Corporate sections with the addition of Mark Wigder as a Member in the firm's Dallas office.

Mr. Wigder, who joins Gray Reed & McGraw from Hunton & Williams, has over 35 years of experience representing public corporations and private companies in public and private financings, securities and corporate compliance matters, mergers and acquisition transactions, and representation of broker-dealers, investment advisors, hedge funds and other private investment funds.

Mr. Wigder received both his J.D. (1972) and his B.A. (1969) from The University of Texas at Austin. He is an active member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. In addition, he has served as an instructor for the Southwestern Legal Foundation Programs, PLI Programs and The University of Texas Law School Annual Conference on Securities Regulation and Business Problems.
