Gray Reed Helps Client Protect Online Reputation and Employees

Gray Reed filed suit on behalf of  Zadok Jewelers,  a high-end Houston Jewelry store, and obtained a temporary restraining order against an Austin, Texas man.   The suit claims  the man constantly harassed store employees and posted hate-filled defamatory comments on the business review website Yelp.  Shortly after the inflammatory anti-Semitic posts appeared on the site, Gray Reed's Jonathan Hyman and Travis Crabtree helped get the materials removed and obtained an order requiring the Austin man to steer clear of Zadok Jewelers, its employees and from posting any more harassing  or defamatory comments online.  You can read more about the suit which was highlighted as the top story in the highly-regarded National Jeweler Magazine.
