Sofia Adrogue, a Member at Gray Reed & McGraw, is the commencement speaker for the 2012 Houston International Festival, which highlights the culture of South America with a focus on Argentina (Adrogue's native country). With more than 200,000 visitors expected, the highly anticipated event will occur on the weekends of April 21-22 and April 28-29.
